It looks a bit more complicated than that. The domain name isn't
resolving to an IP address because neither of it's name servers could
be reached. They both appear to be off the net. So either switchback.com
went out of business, their upstream provider is having issues, or they're
having some serious hardware issues.

Whichever way the failure occurred, there's no knowing when they'll
be back online without concrete information.
