Passed through Taos on the 8th on the way to Philmont and saw the fire. It was very small in comparison to any of last years fires. The flames were visible from Toas but not after making the turn to Angel Fire. Talked to a volunteer fire fighter yesterday in Clayton and he said it was under control.
