[Philmont]: Trash Compaction

We had very different approaches from the Rangers with our Crews (620-J1&J2).
One Ranger taught thorough trash compaction and the other said it wasn't
necessary. Guess which Crew had the easier time packing trash from trail camps
to staffed camps? This is a necessary skill for backpacking and your crews
should insist the Ranger teach them well. The staffed camps were grateful for
compacted trash and seemed to always do that little extra for our crew making
the effort.
