Correction --- the Troop Program HELPS has the disk with clip art. (formerly called Woods Wisdom)

The woman working on our crew shirts also pointed out that the Troop leader guide has an entire disk of clipart, which includes Philmont, Seabase, and also Northern Tier. So she figured since it was there, we could use it.
