It could be a lacing problem, though this should have appeared during
previous tune ups. Was there anything that made this particular weekend different?

Has the pain been decreasing? The longer you have significant symptoms, the
more likely you have a more serious problem. With only 2 weeks to go, you
need to be aggressive in having this looked at by your doctor.

You might have developed a "march fracture", or possibly a Morton's neuroma
(where your second toe is longer than the others, which can cause a pinch of
the nerve between the second and third toes), though this would hurt closer to
the toes than over the arch of the foot and you would have numbness.

Something specific like this needs personal attention and examination by a
qualified health professional.
