Go to your doctor ASAP, or even better a foot doctor - don't risk it! It
could be nothing, or it could be exercise induced "Gout" which hurts!!! But
medicine will make it go away fast and stay away - so you can then enjoy
your trek. Good Luck and Best Wishes! YiS. Jerry Bailey, WLACC, PTC Bound

Subject: [Philmont]: Foot Question

We did our last "tune up" this weekend. And, I developed a foot problem.
Thought if anyone here experienced the same thing and might have an idea of
the cause.

After the hike and into the evening, the tops of my feed were very painful.
Hurt severely as I walked and my foot rolled forward. I am suspecting a
lacing problem, but thought I would raise the question to see if anyone on
the list might have a thought/suggestion.

15 days!!!
