Thanks for the greatly appreciated tips. I will manage somehow. Not much of
a camper (yet), - family/car camping only, not to successful yet, but learn
something new every trip. Buy some new comfort item to make camping better
every time I go. Will have it all one piece at a time. Thanks again for your
greatly appreciated help - this trip will be a learning experience for me in
more ways than one! YiS. Jerry Bailey

Ya know, I've never seen it addressed. CHQ can basically provide a crew with
everything except boots. I presume that probably means sleeping bags can be
checked out by a crew. Can PTC attendees check out or rent the same
equipment, such as the sleeping bag mentioned below? Interesting question.
Not that I'd want to spend a week in base camp in a mummy bag, mind. If
weight or bulk is not an issue, give me a rectangular bag for comfort...

Don't forget, Jerry, you don't have to use a sleeping bag, you can send
sheets and blankets (don't forget a pillow) just as easily, and probably
already have those...

Bring snacks, cause you may find they will save you from having to eat too
much of the cafeteria food :-)

(Yeah, the food wasn't great, and the vegies were the worst)...
Love your attitude, Mr. Bailey!
