[Philmont]: Water at PTC

One of the suggestions I made on the course evaluation was to provide water
jugs in every classroom.

Yes, they encouraged us to drink lotsa water (6-8 Nalgenes a day!), but they
didn't make it very easy for us to do so -- there was a centralized station
of 3 water jugs that were to be used by Lord knows how many trainees during
the week. It would've made much more sense (although logistically harder on
the QM staff) to provide water at every classroom, rather than making us
seek it out during our breaks.

How seriously are suggestions on course evaluations regarded?

> PTC had its own problems. Early in the week we were told repeatedly to
drink
> more water as apparently a few of the course participants were falling
ill.
> That was the official refrain all week.
