[Philmont]: Purchasing Backpacking Food from Philmont Commissary

We are planning to purchase some backpacking meals from the Philmont
commissary when they are available this fall. I was looking at the 2002
Trail Menu located at http://troop99packmen.homestead.com/files/2002menu.htm

In 2002 the food for each meal came in two person packages.

The following prices are listed.
Breakfast #1 $2.75
Lunch #1 $5.75
Supper #1 $4.75

My questions for the list are these.

a) Are the prices above for a two-person meal?
b) Are the 2003 meals also packaged for two persons?
