RE: [Philmont]: breathing

My brother went up to Tibet a few years back (up because he lives in
Taiwan). He decided to go to a monastery that was over some hills behind the
city at about 14,000 ft. He said even though he had been in Tibet for 2
weeks and was in very good shape, he was reduced to taking a step and one
big breath, then another step and breath. He was amused to be passed by
several locals who seemed unaffected by the altitude.
