Just got back from Philmont Training Center for a Cub Scout Conference, and
it was the BEST experience in all of my 52 years of living! Staff were
SUPER!, fellow attendees were great, PTC was the BEST!!! Learned tons of
stuff! Loved every minute of it and want to go back tomorrow! Yours in

There will always be those who find something wrong with Philmont. It is
amazing, even on this list. After all the discussions and preparation,
people come back and the only thing they can talk about are the things that
they perceived were wrong. They are also the ones who leave detailed
written evaluations, with no word of thanks or praise for the staff.
Unfortunately, Philmont responds to these evaluations as they modify their
backcountry protocols.

I sure would like to hear more about the amazing experiences that happened
on the trail; how young men and women came together as a crew and finished
together as a crew.
