It sounds to me like this church needs to be your Chartered Organization.
My understanding is that one of the basic requirements for the C.O. is that
they be able to provide a meeting place, and your Am Vets aren't able to do
this. Contact your Council Executive for complete information -- he/she
should be able to answer all your questions.
