Sounds like you need a new doctor, if he thinks trails in New Jersey (or
just about anywhere in the east away from the coast) are like those the
plains. Think crossing Tooth Ridge, and you have the picture of a typical
eastern trail. Not my idea of a place to rehab a knee...
