The only programs I believe you must schedule with Logistics are horse
back riding and chuck wagon dinner. I was on trek 26, crew 609A this
year and there was a huge problem with unscheduled crews showing up at
Clarks Fork for the chuck wagon dinner. They had planned for about 80
persons that evening and more than twice that number showed up for
dinner, and they had no system for knowing or verifying which crews were
scheduled and which were not.
