What some nitpickers argue is the CO is the Troop. Since they own the
charter, you are part of their organization. Kind of like fundraising for
PTA. I've only seen it happen once where a CO fought to keep the equipment.
They happened to win. What helped them was the Troop was 10+ years old and
the new people didn't have much stake to a claim.

But for the rest of the world, pull out of the parking lot with the trailers
loaded without a problem.
