No, we did a trek last year in August and had 2 days of cold rainy weather.
When you are at 9000+ feet the temperature is colder. We had one day hiking
into Cyphers mine that the temp was in the 40's with rain. Take the light fleece
or silk as a layer under the t-shirts and rain gear.
