[Philmont]: Philmont camp shoes

Hi, I used water shoes that I bought from Walmart for @$5.00. Only
drawback was the dust and wetness getting inside shoes. Worked ok for
me. Some used mocassins and some used sandals. Mocs probably worked
best for our group.
