[Philmont]: Fishing

The book says there are many fishing opportunities at the South end of the
ranch. Can you bring some salmon eggs, line, & hooks, for trout fishing? Are
there other kinds of fish in the stream? Is it a catch and release policy?
How much is the fishing license? Is it a day license or can you get one for a
few days? How has the fishing been this summer?
