I enjoyed Trek #24 this summer (a major understatement). My son's patrol
has taken me to Philmont twice in the last two years. They will soon be
Eagles and in a few years Staff and Rangers.
My current dream is to do an Autumn Adventure and I would really like to
do it this fall, since I am currently in great backpacking shape. I'd
like a trek that covers 5-8 miles a day from camp to camp so I could see
a good chunk of the ranch.
I am going to start working on possible itineraries.
What is your ideal itinerary for an Autumn Adventure?
