I agree with Wayne. A few years ago our crew took the creek route to Black
Mountain from Miners'. It was very pretty. We also had the opportunity to
see fresh bear claw marks on an aspen tree. I had never seen this before
and I am certain none of the other members of the crew had either.
Come to think of it. I don't know of any trail on the reservation that I
would not do again...except maybe the climb from French Henry to Copper
Park. Awe shucks I would do it again if I could go back.

Wow! I guess it's a matter of perspective. In 2003 our crew hiked in
from Miner's Park, and we all, including my wife, thought the scenery
was beautiful and the 49 stream crossings an added adventure. If I ever
get to do an Autumn Adventure, I want that trail to be included.
