[Philmont]: Question Re: Crew Roster

Just curious about a column on the crew roster requesting each person's
Ethnic background. It wasn't on the roster form from our Troop's last trek 4 years
ago.
Wondered if it is like the Social Security Number on the Medical Form that
isn't really needed (according to the list)
I don't happen to know what the background of all our guys might be, but I
guess I can call them if it is important to include it on the paperwork. If it
isn't necessary info, I'd just as soon not make that call!
Anyone out there know much about this? Appreciate your input.
