You'll get the forms back, but my rule of thumb has been to ALWAYS make
copies of medical forms and keep in the troop files for future use. I
encourage families to keep a copy as well. I guess I've had too many cases
where a summer camp lost a form or a Scout needed his form again the next
year and nobody could find the only copy.
