One of my families is beginning to stress about equipment for our 2005
Philmont Trek. I looked through my notes and correspondences from Philmont
and could not find an official answer to
What can be borrowed (free)
What can be rented (and fee)
What must be provided by the Scout.
We do not have many opportunities to backpack as a Troop here so most of my
Troop members do not own equipment.
YiS,
Jim Welton
