The Philmont Medical Form is essentially equivalent to a Class III BSA
Medical Form, and can be used as such for other Scout activities until
it expires. This would include, e.g., summer camp, Woodbadge, etc. For
adults over 40, expiration is one year from the date of the exam, for
adults under 40, (I think) it's three years - not positive on the
latter, as 39 years ago is a fading memory for yours truly. It's
definitely 3 years for Scouts. I have never had a valid, up-to-date
Philmont medical form turned down at any BSA venue.
