Tents, bear bags, cooking pots, utensils, Polar Pure, dining fly, and other
essential gear is included in the price. I know of nothing else that can be
borrowed at Philmont. Maybe from this list, or from other local sources.
You can rent packs, for sure, at Philmont. As I recall, about $12.
All else is the responsibility of the Scout. Good luck. Great of you to
take Scouts from McAllen. Ask for help, you just might get it.
