Does anybody know whether the folks at the Health Lodge will squawk at a
missing SSN?
Jamie, I called the Medical Lodge several months ago and was told that they
do not need it for anything so it doesn't need to be filled in. Because of the
other comments on the board today, I just called to confirm and got the same
response. FWIW.
