FWIW, I gave our ranger a card to mail home the day he returned to base camp
on July 16, at his suggestion. It arrived the day after I got home, on July
26. Lots of variables before mail ever hits the USPS.

You can send mail from most staffed camps, but the time required will be
related to how often they have a vehicle visit.
On July 1, I sent a post card from Cito, which is busy and close to base
camp. It arrived today, July 12.
Thanks,
Scott Sibley
