[Philmont]: Philmont Crew & Contingent Photos - digital?

Does anyone have any idea if the Phil-photographers are using digital SLR cameras now for crew and contingent photos?

If so, does anyone have any idea if there would be any way to purchase the digital file from Philmont for our own purposes? We always ask the photographer to take some crew or contingent shots with our cameras, but they don't take near the care to get a good shot as they do with their own equipment.

Costco will print 8x10 (actually 8x12) for $0.99 or a 12x18 for $2.99 at home. That's a much better deal than Philmont's $10.00 per print. I'd be willing to buy the digital files for $25 or $50 each to have for my own printing purposes.

Will July 20th ever get here?
