Tabasco Hot Pepper Sauce (or other pepper sauce), Emeril's Essence,
garlic powder (not salt) and in some cases crushed red peppers, crushed
dried bell peppers, dried or powdered onions, Tony Chachere's Creole
Seasoning, and Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning [Note: Salt is the
first ingredient listed on both Tony Chachere's and Cavender's so adjust
other salt seasoning accordingly]. Also comes in handy; parmesan cheese
(like pizza places give you with take-out) and salsa packets (Mexican
take-out). And for the adventurous, wasabi powder (reconstitute in
camp).

I have found that the first three along with salt and pepper take care
of most seasoning needs.

Bon Appetit and

Happy Trails
