We will be taking Tony Chachere's, Hot sauce in the small individual bags
like at Popeye's and a local favorite named Carl's. Its almost the same
stuff.

My spice bag always includes the following:
1. Parmesan cheese- for the pasta dinners
2. Seasoned black pepper blend- for almost everything
3. Molly McButter-for the mashed potatoes
4. Tabasco sauce
5. Individual packets of soup ( Philmont used to include these in the meals,
but in 2004 deleted them)
    Hot soup is always great for those rainy days
