RE: [Philmont]: Bus into Cimarron

The bus is still free, but the three round-trip runs per day have now been
reduced to two, leaving base camp at 11:30 and 2:30 and returning at 2:45
and 5:30. The elimination of the 3:30 trip makes it a little more difficult
for those crews with long hikes on the last day to get into Cimarron. Our
guys were dead set on getting into town, so we left from Ponderosa Park at
4:30 and got back into CHQ at 10:30, giving us ample time to get checked in
and cleaned up in time for the 2:30 bus.
