Hi:
The Philmont medical staff is serious about enforcing the maximum weight limits.

Hi all you philmont listers:

Just FYI, on our trek this year, in late June, no one was even weighed at medical re-check. I personally took in a physical that showed me 3 pounds under the max for my height, and I had to have my BP checked twice, and all they did was ask me if my weight had changed. I told them it was a little less than the physical showed (a true statement) but they didn't check me. Guess it depends on who does the re-check.
