[Philmont]: Trash this year

We haven't had this thread for a while.

just curious how staff is handling trash compaction this year???

Some years past, like 1999 when we were there, trash handed into staff had
to be ROCK HARD or they woudn't take it. THEN policy was relaxed in years
after, causing huge "pillow" bags of trash in staff areas waiting to be
picked up.

In 2003, no policy really stressed, but I made sure our crew had well
compacted trash.
