And to try and keep it that way, I'm going to contribute my share. This will be my last post until Allison and I (PhilVets 2002) return from our West Texas mountain climbing/hiking trip where she will get to put some of her PhilSkills to work.
 
We are also going to do a little daddy/daughter celebration on her high school graduation and moving on to college and the real world. Sort of a farewell to arms for me.
 
After this trip, I think I'll tell my two daughters that the tabs now on them. Second thought, it probably won't do any good, so I'll forego that embarasing suggestion.
 
Anyway, we got our Camelback 3l daypacks loaded and ready. We take off Sun for the West Texas deer lease to R&R for about 3 days and then move on to Guadalupe Mountains National Park. Before and after we will dip into Caverns of Sonora dn Carlsbad for a little spellunking in cooler temps. That will be pretty unique in itslef as those two are on the top ten caves in North America to visit.
 
Guadalupe Mountains are campfireless but we will rustle up some good old Phashioned Dutch Oven meals at the deer camp and make a couple of pots of Ranger Cobbler just for fun.
 
If all goes well, see you Pholks in a couple of weeks.
