Re: [Philmont]: LNT issues

Our ranger and advisors (622-N5 this year) certainly didn't fail to
emphasize LNT procedures, and we didn't notice much in the way of
significant LNT violations by other crews, except for a couple of
instances of dining fly tied to trees.
