It's sad to hear comments like this. Hopefully you included them in
your evaluation (I'm pretty sure Dr. Bob did). The other things happen,
but these are things that the Administration can do something about.
It's a shame that a commodity as "valuable" as a Philmont slot is wasted
on folks who truly don't get it and even worse, set the wrong example
for those in their charge who might.
