[philmont] blisters

Just returned from the ranch and two advisors from our
contingent had adopted a new liner approach-- they
used ladies' nylon knee-high stockings inside a
regular hiking sock (one used smartwool, don't know
what the other was using).

Zero blisters for either of them, this despite the
fact that one of the guys has had blisters on
virtually every hike I've ever been on with him
(despite having tried a wide variety of boots, socks,
etc, etc).

Efficient in every way-- weight, bulk, cost, ease of
washing, drying time. Color didn't make a difference
on performance, but I thought the tan looked nicest :)
