For Steve MacIntyre:
What is a "spoof" patch of the bull? And you're telling us you wear it on your Scout shirt? Do I have that right?

Subject: [philmont] uniform pants news
I wear my Philmont zipoff leg pants as "my" official uniform pants. As our Scoutmaster told us once, when he was asked about "his" shirt that had a NON OFFICIAL patch on it, "you are right its "MY" shirt! I wear a US FLAG Desert Tan on my right shoulder with the Union, Canton or the stars in the forward position closest to the Heart because this is the correct way to wear a flag on a uniform. If you are in the group of this is not correct or right, watch the news and look at the "KIDS" in Iraq in the US Military or any where in the world protecting you and look at their right sleeve of their shirt and see which way their flag is going, "FORWARD", this is the only direction you should be going. As General George S. Patton Jr. said once, "I do not like paying for the same ground twice".
I have 3 family members on the ground in Iraq at this time.
I also have the spoof patch of the BULL on my left shoulder just under the seam of the sleeve.
Yes, if you have a problem with this, you are correct "YOU" are the one with the problem!
Your stride may vary,
