[philmont] blisters

Ah a topic that actually relates to Philmont.

Body glide is great stuff. REI sells it as do most specialty running
stores. It is wax/paraffin based and does not melt and absorb into
your skin the way Vaseline does. You will actually have to wash it
off. I have used it on my toes and heels for hiking. It is sold
primarily to prevent chafing while running.
