[Philmont] fishing licenses

Athough I have no first hand information, I am positive that fishing licenses can be purchased at the backcountry commissary camps. I would also be virtually certain that the licenses could be purchased at Fish Camp, as an adjunct to the "fly tying and fishing" Program.

>From Autumn Adventure, I am sure that you cannot purchase, at base camp, a post-dated license. Any license sold, by State Law, goes into effect the date it is sold.

There is no question in my mind that they can be purchased in the backcountry. There is also no question that the State of New Mexico requires records. Records imply the presence of a cash register or cash drawer. That means backcountry trading posts. Fish Camp's program would fail to some degree if no licenses could be purchased on site.

That's all I've got.
