[Philmont] Philmont Red-Roof Inns / Pilot to Bombadier Locations

Many camps do have red roof inns, but as a general rule of thumb, camps that
are not accessible by road will not have them (since there is no easy way to
get all the materials to construct them). Those are the camps where you'll
find the pilot-to-bombardier style latrines. Some of the camps I can think
of off the top of my head include Black Mountain, Crags, Aguila, Mount
Phillips, Comanche Peak, Red Hills, North Fork Urraca, Upper Bench, Visto
Grande, Cimarron River, Pueblano Ruins and Tooth Ridge. I've also seen at
Wild Horse a "pilot" - a single hole box latrine.
