[Philmont] philmont red roof inns/pilot to bombadier locations

Don't forget that the toilet paper MUST BE UNSCENTED (unless you want to
hang it in the bear bag). Philmont does issue TP to crews and as I remember,
they do not give you enough but you can/should ask for more and get it.
