You can buy stoves at TOTT if they have not sold out. Stoves have to be mailed to Philmont in advance if you are flying as they are not allowed on planes. Would recommend you call and reserve stoves and pay for them to insure they are there when you arrive or ship out stoves by UPS two weeks before departure.

Subject: [Philmont] Stoves
Hello everyone.?
?
I am going on a trek later this month, and I don't want to bring my stove, because it requires fuel cannisters that cannot be refilled. Does Philmont have stoves that they rent out to crews??
?
Thanks?
