[Philmont] What I'd do, if anything, different!

Gentlemen,
First, I agree that hand sanitizer is a nice last step in the hand cleansing
procedures. It is not a substitute. But when compared to the dish washing
methods our ranger was showing us, it just took last place, in the things the
ranger showed us but we will not follow, list. Some how passing water from
one dirty bowl to the next does just not cut it!
And let us not forget the base camp service with our hands in gloves
methods. There were dozens of serving utensils on the side but the kitchen staff
did not use them
Philmont is a great experience. I went last year for first time and I will
be returning in three weeks BUT it is not perfect.
