[Philmont] Phil tent weight

David Richardson writes w.r.t. Philtents "...with 8 gutter spikes..." I believe my surplus Philtent requires 20 pegs. I'm sure it doesn't set up with 8. I'm also sure the 7+ lbs. is correct.
