"Probably messing up your orderly lines" Now, now Jim, why the shot? Make
your point without it. BTW...couldn't care less about the lines.
 
My Scouts also do not have the luxury of being able to afford the latest and
 greatest. We make do with what we can. Our system may not be the best,
but it has worked for us. Oh well.
 
I also somewhat resent the catchall phrase at the end, "We need to get out
of the capacity of “follow me boys” and into the role of “learn from me boys.”
" We are a "boy lead" troop, and proud of it!!
 
One of the great things about this list is the variety of opinions and
solutions to various Philmont problems. No one person has all the answers. I
certainly do not!! Read, learn and lead.
