[Philmont] Car rentals in Cimmaron

Jerry,
Your right, Cimarron is a small town. I am not aware of any car rental
agencies in Cimarron.
There may be car rentals in Raton. The suggestion I can offer is to check
the car rental agency reservation centers. Amtrak might also be able to help
you.
There may be a drop-off fee for renting in Raton and dropping it at the
Albuquerque Airport.
