[Philmont] Car rentals in Cimmaron

If you must leave a trek early, Camp Headquarters can arrange for
transporation to airports with other crews. This year we carried a scout
with a sprained knee to ABQ. You can ask them if they can connect you
with a crew headed to ABQ. Or, you might hang out at the Welcome Center
with a cardboard sign - "Will trade squeeze cheese for a ride to ABQ".
