[Philmont] Amtrak

We just got off amtrak from Philmont this morning, we did not travel there
with fuel and purchased it there. But wanting to do stuff other than sitting
around base camp we did not empty our left over fuel and returned with it
without no questions or problems. Very low security on Amtrak.
