[Philmont] Crew Leader's Gift

At one time there were ceramic neckerchief slides, among other
Philmont memorabilia offered for sale at the Ranch, and these made
good gifts. The current ToTT site seems to have a wide variety of
items available, so a gift for the Crew Chief - and every other
participant, for that matter - should be possible.
